With that said, if you choose our individual Life Empowerment Coaching class, we will create a customized program that is special just for you.

    Your weekly lesson plans will be emailed to you and your homework will be required to be completed prior to each coaching session. As our coaching session progress, these lessons may be modified to meet your individual needs. We will meet weekly or bi-weekly depending on your individual needs and what you would like to accomplish.
